Were looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Programmatic Ad Operations Manager to join a growing team. In this role, youll manage end-to-end Audio Programmatic and RTB activity: from optimizing campaigns, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, to driving innovation across our tech-driven programmatic stack.


Youll join a dynamic and technologically advanced team, working closely with internal teams and external partners to scale our audio programmatic capabilities and deliver exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mediaverses Supply and Demand partners.
  • Ensure Mediaverse exceeds partner expectations through regular check-ins and relationship management.
  • Conduct performance analyses, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as a programmatic specialist, A/B testing, advising partners on industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow partnerships and drive revenue.
  • Requirements:

  • Relevant degree Economy, Engineer (any kind), Computer Science, Accounting (CPA).
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken a must
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team setting
  • Experience in programmatic monetization - an advantage.
